Anders works primarily with labour law. Anders’s practice covers all aspects of labour law, including privacy law and pensions. He has substantial experience with negotiating and resolving individual and collective disputes in working life, as well as the litigation of such cases. In addition, Anders has extensive experience with restructuring and workforce reduction processes, business transfers and cross-border working conditions. He is often used as a lecturer for various labour law topics and is a permanent external examiner and supervisor in labour law at the University of Oslo.
