Arild works in the firm’s Property and Construction Department. In this connection, he has extensive experience in both advisory services and litigation in the field of property and construction and general contract law. Arild has long experience in litigation before both the District Court and Court of Appeal, and he has also been a deputy judge for a period of time. In recent years, he has litigated several major court cases concerning property and construction, including the court cases in connection with the final settlement for the development of Lysaker Station.
Arild has also participated in extensive work on the revision and development of new contract templates for several clients. Arild also assists several clients on an ongoing basis during the construction period in connection with additional claims, deadline extension claims and hassle and annoyance claims.
Arild conducts regular courses on topics related to the various building and planning standards (NS 8407, 8405/8406 and 8401/8402).
