Henrik Høines

Henrik is affiliated with Kluge's Manufacturing, Retailing & Finance Department, where he works in particular with contract law, IPR and company law. Within IPR, Henrik provides assistance in both patent and copyright disputes and matters under the Marketing Act.

The work within patent rights concerns in particular securing of evidence, correspondence, negotiations and dispute resolution in cases of patent infringement. Furthermore, Henrik assists in trademark disputes. Henrik also assists in cases concerning the Intellectual Property Act and the Marketing Act, including copyright infringement, product licensing and competition clauses.

Henrik also assists clients with drafting and negotiations of contracts related to technology development and R&D projects, including cooperation and partner agreements related to development and commercialization of technology. He also has broad experience with various contracts related to development and licensing of technology and software. Henrik frequently assists clients in connection with technology transactions.

Henrik wrote his master's thesis on financial assistance for purchase of own shares in the Norwegian Companies Act § 8-10. During his semester abroad, Henrik specialized in mediation, corporate governance and international contracts.
