Kenneth is affiliated with Kluge's department for Industry, Trade and Finance, and the professional groups ICT/intellectual property law and company law/M&A.
He works especially with consulting, negotiations and preparation of agreements related to both technology development/R&D and commercialization in general. This includes assistance in securing information, creating a good framework for cooperation, securing commercial rights at the right stage in the cooperation, as well as distribution, licensing, etc. Kenneth also works with IPR issues related to patent, trademark, copyright, and marketing law.
Furthermore, Kenneth has broad company law experience, especially from equity transactions and reorganisations. This includes ongoing assistance and input to shareholder relations, assessments regarding choosing structure and form of transaction, establishment and implementation and further handling.
